There is no land route for direct contact in this upazila. The only resort of communication is on the river.

From Kaptai: From Kaptai Jetty Ghat (8.00am, 10.00am, 12.00 pm, 2:00 pm and last 4.00 pm), Bilaichhari Upazila Parishad is in the botane.

From Rangamati: Bilhechari Upazila Parishad (from 7.30 am to 3.00 pm from the Reserve Market) from the Touchhari Ghat in Rangamati (7.30am and 2.0pm in Rangamati).
